We want you to love what you receive. Because all VEZLA items are made to order, our return policy is friendly but firm to keep things fair for everyone.


Return Window — 14 Days

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or report an issue.

What We Do NOT Accept Returns For

Because items are made specifically for you:

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Change of mind

  • Size exchanges are not accepted

  • Sale items are final sale

Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.


We Accept Returns or Replacements ONLY If:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a print defect or manufacturing issue

Photo Proof Is Required (Always)

To approve any claim, you must email us clear photos of:

  • The full item

  • The issue

  • The packaging (if applicable)

Without photos, we cannot process the request.


Refund or Replacement

Once reviewed, VEZLA will decide case-by-case whether to issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund


Do You Need to Return the Item?

If the item is damaged or defective, you may not be required to return it. We will let you know after reviewing your photos.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue was our mistake, we cover shipping.

  • If the issue was due to the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


 Condition Requirements (if return is requested)

If we request a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In perfect condition

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging
