By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or purchase products.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

VEZLA sells print-on-demand apparel made specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this:

  • Products may vary slightly from website photos in:

    • Color tone

    • Print placement

    • Fabric texture

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse or cancel any order

    • Limit quantities

    • Correct pricing or description errors at any time

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Taxes, shipping fees, customs, and duties may apply

  • We accept: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, all major cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay

  • We may change prices at any time without notice

  • Misuse of discount codes or promotions may result in order cancellation

4. Shipping Policy

Fulfillment time (production): 2–5 business days

Estimated shipping times:

  • US Standard: 3–4 business days

  • US Express: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

VEZLA is not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and international fees.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (14 Days)

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs

Unless:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • There was an error on our part

6. Product Use & Care

Some products include care instructions; others may not.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or wear.

Recommended care:

  • Wash cold

  • Inside out

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not iron directly on print

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, images, and content are the exclusive property of VEZLA LLC.

They may not be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Reprinted

  • Resold

  • Used for commercial purposes

Legal action may be taken for misuse.

8. User Content

If you post photos, reviews, or content featuring VEZLA products, you grant VEZLA the right to repost, reuse, and share this content for marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

VEZLA is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to fabrics or inks

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Misuse of products after delivery

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect data, use cookies, and may send emails as described there.

By purchasing, you consent to receiving marketing emails from VEZLA. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Prohibited Use
