At VEZLA, every item is made to order just for you. This means your product is printed and prepared after you place your order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
We appreciate your patience — good things take time to make.
Processing Time (Fulfillment)
Because our products are print-on-demand, please allow:
1–5 business days for us to create your item before it ships.
This is the time it takes to print, prepare, and package your order with care.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, the estimated delivery times are:

USA: ~3–5 business days

Canada: ~5–10 business days

Europe: ~6–10 business days

International: ~10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
VEZLA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Package Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please email us at cs@vezla.store.
We handle these situations case-by-case and will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
International Orders & Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
