What is the return policy?
Because every VEZLA item is made to order, we only accept returns if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item shipped. You have 14 days from delivery to email us at cs@vezla.store with clear photos of the full item, the issue, and the packaging.
We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Each case is reviewed individually, and we’ll decide between a replacement or a refund based on the photos provided.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Size exchanges are not accepted either, since every piece is printed specifically for you after you order. Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before placing your order.
When will I get my order?
Every VEZLA piece is printed after you order, so please allow 1–5 business days for us to make it before it ships. Estimated delivery times once it’s on its way:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen due to carriers, customs, or peak seasons. Every order includes tracking, and you’ll get an email with your tracking number the moment it ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
VEZLA is a Venezuelan-American brand based in the United States, with every design created in-house. Our blank garments are sourced from trusted manufacturers in South America and Asia, then printed and finished on demand at facilities in the United States and Europe — so your order ships from the location closest to you.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order — you’ll always see the exact cost before paying.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
