Because every VEZLA item is made to order, we only accept returns if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item shipped. You have 14 days from delivery to email us at cs@vezla.store with clear photos of the full item, the issue, and the packaging.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Each case is reviewed individually, and we’ll decide between a replacement or a refund based on the photos provided.

Every VEZLA piece is printed after you order, so please allow 1–5 business days for us to make it before it ships. Estimated delivery times once it’s on its way:
